How does arrangements of atoms in most solids differ from the arrangement of atoms in a liquid?
How does arrangements of atoms in most solids differ from the arrangement of atoms in a liquid?
Why does a solid have a definite shake and volume?
Atoms in a solid are tightly packed together and have little or no room to move/vibrate. In a liquid, the atoms are still pretty close together, though they’ve got some room to move about and bump into each other.
Because the solid’s atoms are so tightly packed the volume never changes. No idea what shake is, unless you mean shape. If the latter then it’s because of the tightly packed atoms again. Hope I helped

Flower Arranging – Tips to Keep Your Flower Arrangement Looking Fresh!
Without the following Flower Arranging Tips, the following would happen! You spend a lot of time and effort putting together a beautiful arrangement that would impress not only yourself but others. You’ve carefully hand selected the flowers you used, the foliage to add colour and effect, the container or vase to place them all in, but have you got a plan to keep your beautiful flower arrangement fresh and alive for as long as possible? If not, all that time and effort could be wasted! One solutions is to make your arrangements out of artificial flowers. It may last longer, but it doesn’t have the same appeal or provide you with the same sense of satisfaction.A fresh flower arrangement on the other hand won’t last forever, but there are steps we can take to maximise it’s life.It would be a good idea to have some Flower Arranging Tips to follow so you know what to do to keep these flower arrangements looking stunning and ‘alive’ for as long as possible:
Here are some Flower Arranging Tips for caring for and making sure your Flower Arrangement is left in a fresh condition for as long as possible:
* Use a clean vase or container to lower the chance of bateria and fungal spores. Fill it with CLEAN water for the same reasons.
* Your vase or container must be in proportion to the amount of flowers and foliage it is to contain. If the vase or container is too cramped, there will not be enough fresh water which all the flowers and foilage will be competing for, and the water will fill with bacteria much faster.
* Give the stems of the flowers and foilage a fresh, ‘angled’ cut to allow the water to absorb better into the flower/leaf and to remove any part that is starting to rot at the base of the stem which is prone to rot.
* Remove any foliage and the like from the stem that will be sitting in the water. Failing to do so will encourage rot and lower ability of the stem to absorb water.
* Be patient for bud to open and bloom. Some take longer than others. Trying ways to encourage them to open may cause them to die off.
* Keep the arrangement away from heat, either direct sunlight, atmospheric heat or radiated heat from an indoor heater or air conditioning unit as this will result in the flowers wilting.
* Spray lightly with a mist spray to give it some of it’s own humidity which will keep it looking fresher.
* Refresh the water and clean the vase or container every 2-3 days to remove fungus and other damaging organisms.
* Remove any ‘dead’ bits or wilted parts of the flowers or foliage as the arrangement ages to give the other parts a chance of longer survival. By doing so, it will give a greater share of the water available, as the dead parts will no longer be competing for this water.
* You can add flower preservative to the water in the vase or container of the arrangement. It prevents bacteria in the water. The downside is that not all flowers handle preservative that well, so make sure you read any instructions that come with the preservative.
If you follow these simple Flower Arranging Tips, you will know that you have an arrangement that is going to last A LOT longer and you can show it off to more people. Not only will your flowers last longer, but so will your enthusiasm for the craft.
I hope these Flower Arranging Tips have been helpful to you.
Happy Arranging : )

What legal route should I take for my own funeral arrangements?
How do I make sure my famiy doesn’t get control over my funeral arrangements and my friend does?
First, you can actually make all of your own funeral arrangements, you can contact the funeral home that you wish to use and they will assist you in making the arrangements and keep a record, you can go back and make changes as you wish….and pre pay too. You can also make a will, with an attorney to ensure that your wishes are as you want after your death. Give a letter to your friend, including the name of the attorney to be contacted asap after your death.
