CAN MY NEIGHBORS HAVE A CAMARA IN HIS GARDEN ITS A SHARED GARDEN MY CHILDREN HAVE 2PLAY IN IT AND HES RECORING?
what are my rights in my garden as im concerned about my childrens wealfair i dont see why he should be aloud to record my children playing as i dont no who he is or what hes like what can i do about it.
Technically, since it is a shared garden, you don’t really have an expectation of privacy. After all, if he was just sitting outside watching your kids, you couldn’t really do anything since it is also his garden.
However, it is kind of creepy. Have you asked him to take the camera away? That is what I would do first, as there might be a perfectly reasonable explanation for the camera (like he thinks your kids are vandalizing his roses and he wants to catch them in the act before accusing them- or whatever).
If he refuses to stop, nothing is stopping you from putting something in front of the camera when your kids are outside, like a large umbrella or a balloon or something. After all, it is your garden, too.

This center is meant to offer its help and advice in making one’s own garden. Different garden samples are provided by this center along with handouts containing tips and instructions to understand the basics of good garden.
The Forest
A 50-acre woodland forest is an attractive feature of New York botanical Garden. It is a lush green forest with paths built inside to allow visitors to stroll and enjoy the serene environment. In this forest you can find trees over 200 years old.
The Mertz Library
One of the largest research libraries “LuEsther T. Mertz Library” is located inside the New York Botanical Garden. It has more than 1,000,000 plant items along with some old manuscripts about plants, which dated back to 1100 A.D. a large collection of horticulture journals is also available in the library.
The Everett Children’s Adventure Garden
This garden is specially designed for children between 2 and 12 years of age. The main purpose of this garden is to provide children an opportunity to learn things and experience plants with all their senses. A new event is arranged in every new season. The major activities of children garden include Touch Tank and Boulder Maze.
The Family Garden
This is a great fun for everyone, especially for children as they can dig in the dirt and can plant seeds on their own. Special gardening program help children as well as adults to learn different gardening skills. This garden remains closed to public during winter season.

What can I do with the top of solar lights (spikes have been broken by the children) in my garden?
The children have snapped the tops off my garden solar lights whilst playing football. Any ideas for using the broken tops please? The LEDs and solar panel bit still work they just sit on the floor and get more damaged.
Be creative and turn them into hanging solar lights, my dogs did the same thing . I purchased some plastic “jelly jars” outside lamp covers. Then placed the top over them, attached a wire hanger and now they hang from the trees. The dogs can’t get to them and it scatters low light through the yard. Maybe you could reuse them that way.
