Bananna Peels in hanging baskets.?

I know bananna peels can be used in veggie gardens and with other landscape roses and such but my Hanging baskets can I put them in there and will they help my flowers or hurt them. I have Lobella, pansies, ivy and such. Just wondering if it could increase the growth and bloom?
Any help helpful I want my hanging baskets to look full for the price you pay for those expensive monstorous baskets they sell at the stores. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

It would be much better if you compost the peels first, and put the compost in your baskets. They have to be decomposed before they release many nutrients and while burying them in garden soil is one thing, but putting them in pots or baskets is simply going to cause odors and attract insects.

I have a trelis and roses, how do I keep the discolored spots and holes and mold off?

keep in mind I know nothing and will do what I am told if it isn’t labor intensive. I am landscape disabled.

Sounds like black spot disease, which is actually a fungus. Ortho makes a black spot spray that can be applied with a hand spray bottle. It won’t make the discolored leaves turn normal, but it will kill the fungus so it won’t infect the new leaves.
