You can use ganache to make a rose but you have to let the ganache cool first, then you have to whip it up so it is fluffy. You can either put it on your mixer or just take a wooden spoon and stir it until it is fluffy. You can then use the ganache to ice a cake, using a spatula, or you can use it in a piping bag to make a rose.
